Prior to joining LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills in February 2012, Ben Leong was in a family team integral to another large local agency. Starting his career in 2002 and being in this team instilled a deep passion and enthusiasm for real estate in Ben. Consistently ranked as one of the top sales teams within their agency, Ben’s team took the Number One Sales Team award for seven consecutive years.
Ben’s decision to join the award winning LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills group was an easy one.

Fluent in English, Hakka, and basic Mandarin, Ben Leong has the skillset to communicate effectively to a diverse range of people in a variety of circumstances. His strong, hard-working ethics and determination, coupled with his easy-going disposition makes him the ideal agent.
It was these skills that led to Ben being awarded membership into LJ Hooker’s elite “Captains Club”, representing the top 15% of all Salespeople internationally in his first year. Ben was also inducted into the "Multi-Million Dollar Chapter" just a few months later, representing the top 7% of all Salespeople in the LJ Hooker Network.
In November 2014 Ben made “The A List”, a recognition of excellence in Real Estate requiring third-party nomination, and representing the top 1% of the total of 18,000 registered real estate agents in Queensland.
“A List” agents achieve, on average, 12 to 19 times better sales performance than other agents in their marketplace, with figures verified by RP DATA. Ben once again made “The A List” in November 2015, a further reflection of his dedication to his career.
Another milestone reached in Ben’s career was being inducted into the “Diamond Multi-Million Dollar Chapter” of the Captains Club in June 2015, representing the top 2.5% of all salespeople in the LJ Hooker network internationally.
In June 2016, Ben was once again recognised within the international network’s top echelons. He was awarded a “Bronze Medal” which represents the top 1.5% of all agents.
Ben was again awarded the Bronze Medal in 2017, placing him in the top 1.5% of salespeople internationally, further reflecting his dedication to his career to serve his clients and customers with exemplary service.
Regardless of these accolades, Ben understands that real Estate is not just about selling houses, it’s about the people. Meeting people is one of life’s great pleasures for Ben, and with his down-to-earth approach, his motto is “work hard, play hard, be inspired, enjoy life and just do it!”
